Who we are

What we collect

This website itself does not ask for or store personal data. We use third-party services to provide specific features:

• Bookings — taken through our own booking system on a separate site (grille-book.web.app). We keep the name, phone number and email you give us, and any allergies or requests, to manage your booking and send its confirmation and reminder. We only send you news and offers if you opt in.
• Online orders — handled by Pastacraft on a separate site (orders.grillesteakhouse.co.uk).
• Gift vouchers — sold through our own voucher pages on the same separate site (grille-book.web.app/gift). Card payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. We keep the buyer’s name and email, and the recipient’s name and email if you ask us to send it to them, to deliver the voucher, send one reminder before it expires, and resend it if it is lost.
• Analytics — if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion tracking to see which of our Google ads lead to an order, a booking or a call. IP addresses are anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Email info@grillesteakhouse.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
